Some people say that I am a dreamer   
  Unaware of what I really want and need
 
But I see nothing wrong with being a dreamer   
  If it keeps faith in me to succeed
 
I see nothing wrong with imagination   
  Aspirations for a bigger piece of the pie
 
Entailing hard work, sweat and pain   
  Some heartache with tears I cry
 
I see nothing wrong with believing there is a pot of gold   
  At the end of the rainbow

If it keeps me holding on to my dream   
  A dream I refuse to let go
 
So, if you say that I am a dreamer   
  I will proudly say this is true
 
Thank God that I am a dreamer   
  And you should be a dreamer too.
